Yoga is very necessary for the ACTORS. This is little different than the other. Through this the ACTORS achieve flexibility in the body,good breathing system and peaceful mind.

TONGUE EXERCISES
The tongue does not keep silently and it does not relax. Tongue moves continuously. At time the TONGUE creates problems in the SPEECH. It has to relax. It is possible through TONGUE exercises.
